Wouldn’t you really love to see that 250 page tankoubon, which you’ve read a hundred times in Japanese without even knowing the language, finally translated into English, but are afraid it might break the bank?
Well, why not simply set it up as a joint project, then? Joint projects will allow other readers to chip in, meaning you can have it released donation based!
Should you wish to help out with the funding of a joint project, simply send an e-mail to QBtranslations-@t-gmail.com [remove the -@t- and replace it with the @-sign] detailing which project the donation is meant for and how much you’d like to donate. I will then forward you all relevant details. Please note that I currently only accept PayPal.
In order to get a joint project started you only need to commission the first chapter of a series or tankoubon or the first few pages of a book, etc, and let me know you want to set up the rest of it as a joint project in your initial e-mail.
As soon as the next part is funded I will start working on it immediately.
You may donate as much or as little as you like. Even a dollar or two from a few people will eventually lead to a full translation of the works posted here. The fate of the translation of these 2 series hangs in the balance right now, as the person who commissioned me to import and work on the works isn’t quite sure where to go from here. He wants them done, but he wants them done for free. Apparently no group is really interested in doing them for free, though.
As such I have removed the joint projects for now.
How much would it cost to get these done or at least the rest of Nyatto!?
It seems like the person who commissioned me to import the raws will make a decision soon. So the project will either be put up as a joint project or be canceled in the near future.
The price for the individual volumes is still TBA, but the price per page will be roughly the same I charge for all commissions.
